YMCA Dublin has been working with young people in Dublin?s Inner

youth work, education, family support, community childcare and
community employment. To support our services, we run two social
enterprises ? Dublin YMCA Gyms in Aungier Street and Sandymount, and
YMCA Childcare in Aungier Street.
_JOB PURPOSE: We are looking to recruit a **Apply on the website**
month maternity cover Youth Services Manager.? The manager is
responsible for contributing to program design and development,
measurement, research and documentation.? The Youth Services Manager
is responsible for line managing, support and supervision of the
current YMCA Youth Spaces team including training, mentoring and
organizational learning.? Finally, There is a responsibility to embed
the highest standards of youth practice in all YMCA Youth Spaces
settings by creating a standardised approach for delivery of high
quality services. The role needs to provide effective leadership,
management, administration and development as a member of the
management team within the organisation. The role reports to the CEO
and is part of the Senior Management Team. _

YMCA Dublin is committed to a relational method of youthwork that
uplifts participants and keeps them engaged in consistent and relevant
services. Our services are young-person centred, provision being based
on a right to belonging and not exclusionary. Our youthwork planning
begins with evaluation of the service area and a presence in the
spaces where the young people are gathering - formal and informal,
in-person and online.
We run specific and targeted programs, drop in programs and outreach
work 6 days a week.
